ABOUT
Buffalo Properties LLC started in 2015 by Brandon Devall and Erick Axtell. Buffalo Properties is a sister company of Buffalo Roofing, a roofing company that Brandon started in 2009. With the combination of experience in construction and a passion for real estate, building specs and custom homes, along with building and having rental properties makes an easy business progression.

Brandon Devall
Owner - Managing Member
Brandon Devall started doing construction in 2005 primarily doing smaller remodel jobs and roofing and siding projects. Since then, he has turned Buffalo Roofing into one of the largest Roofing companies in central Nebraska and is now heavily involved in new construction projects with Buffalo Properties.
Brandon and his wife Emily live on a small acreage west of Kearney with their 2 daughters, Jersey and Berkley. In his free time, Brandon loves spending time with his family and friends, golfing, boating, snowboarding, traveling, and of course Husker Football.
Erick Axtell
Owner - Managing Member
Erick first started in the construction business in summer of 2001 working for a custom home builder. He then changed jobs in 2003 and started installing siding and seamless gutters. Erick started working for Brandon Devall in 2007 after returning from a year of military service in Iraq. In 2014 he became partner in the both Buffalo Roofing and Buffalo Properties. Erick is the primary job site foreman for all of our new construction projects.
Erick and his wife Danielle live in Axtell with their kids. In his free time, Erick loves spending time with his family and friends, and is an active member of the Kearney American Legion.
Beth Davis
Property Manager
Beth Davis joined Buffalo Properties in February of 2016. Beth moved from Wausa Nebraska to Kearney to attend school. Beth graduated from the University of Nebraska - Kearney in 2009 with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management.
In her free time Beth and her husband Kevin and daughter Asa like to travel, work on house projects, attend sporting events and hang out with friends and family.
